Apex Performance Lab was built to develop individuals who want to separate themselves from the competition.
Founded by Samuel Roome, CSCS, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over a decade of collegiate strength and conditioning experience, Apex Performance Lab is built on the same principles used to develop athletes competing at the highest levels of sport.
Throughout his career, Coach Roome has worked with athletes from a diverse range of sports. Ranging from football and lacrosse to track and field throwers and cheer. This experience has helped shape a comprehensive performance training system focused on developing the qualities that drive success in sport and in life: strength, speed, power, durability, and resilience.
